At REP Fitness, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure you have the best setup for your home gym. Products must be in original packaging and like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Review and Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your equipment in its original boxes and affix the provided shipping label; please ensure all hardware and components are included.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
